How to read the two numbers
The title includes the words 1-5 Player. The server cap sent to the games API is 25. The description tells you to bring friends. It does not say that 5 is a party size or that 25 is only a technical ceiling. This page does not collapse them into one number.
The pass named Big Lobby is a separate purchase. Its empty description does not say that it changes 25 to another cap. See the Big Lobby page before spending Robux.
